Terms of Service — DENTIV.ai

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DENTIV.ai platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DENTIV.ai ("DENTIV," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the platform to violate any law or third-party right. Access to protected health information ("PHI") is governed by our Business Associate Agreement.

3. Subscription and Trials

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from account settings or by contacting support.

4. Data and Privacy

Your practice data remains yours. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where PHI is involved, our Business Associate Agreement applies.

5. AI-Assisted Features

AI-generated content is provided for review by qualified staff and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Your team is responsible for reviewing outputs before external use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by DENTIV, are owned by DENTIV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DENTIV disclaims all implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
